Returns & Exchanges
Please read all details of fabric, sizes carefully before ordering or contact us for any questions regarding the product. 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This does not affect your statutory right.

Exceptions/Non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, (like pre orders and final sale items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've made a decision on your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
Once you have placed an order we do not accept cancellations. Therefore we again recommend you to check sizes and description before placing an order. 
Pre orders we do not cancel under any circumstances. These are ordered in specially once the customer has placed an order otherwise it is not stocked.

DISCLAIMER:
Our lighter material is susceptible to slight stains or fabric chalk mark during the process of getting made. We recommend you wash all your suits before wearing them either by dry clean or by following our washing instructions which can be found on our website.
